The proposed work consists of converting three (3) existing tennis courts into ten (10) pickleball courts, the construction of six (6) new tennis courts, the expansion of an existing parking lot, the construction of a new parking lot, the expansion of an existing dry detention pond, construction of a new sand filter BMP, rough grading for tennis courts and parking to be constructed during Phase 2, and water/sewer service extensions to serve a restroom building to be constructed during Phase 2, with associated clearing, demolition, erosion control, grading, stormwater, landscaping, and concrete work.
